Euromed

[Class 60008]

Hi there, I'm back and i have a picture of the Japanese Shinkansen. This is the JR700 Hikari Railstar and route is the Default Tokyo-Hakone one as shipped with msts . If you go to Osaka from Tokyo this is the train that runs there . The photos below are the real shinkansen and the msts shinkansen too. Also i have a pic of the KTX train too (first photo) which i have heard that Japan is/or has ordered 22 of these trains for 2005 .

Yuri: I hope you don't mind some corrections:

1) The Hikari Railstar is a service offered by JR West only west of Osaka (Osaka-Hakata) (as far as I know). While it is a Series 700 Shinkansen as those used from Tokyo to the West by JR West and JR Central, it has only 8 cars (not 16 as the former), and a more luxurious seeting arangement.

2) The KTX is not a japanese, but a korean TGV. It runs between Seoul and Pusan in the south. I have considered designing thattrain more than once, but there's not that much information on the internet.

Hi there, Thanks for correcting me about the JR700 and the KTX being korean . The last post i made about the KTX train being Japanese is incorrect, The train is a korean trainset - this was a glitch on my part for which i apologize for . But a big thank you for correcting me on these 2 exciting trains . Also i have to say i am looking forward to driving the Euromed train on my Namco Bahn route when its finished too .

Aprovecho para mostrarles dos primeras capturas (del prototipo) del morro, sin mapear. Me ha costado mucho, y no estoy todavía 100% convencido. Espero comentarios.

Yo diría que la punta del morro debería estar más redondeada. Me da la impresión de que se parece más al morro del TGV. ¿Qué te/os parece?

Como dice José Fco., se parece demasiado al de un TGV PSE...en una de las fotos que te mandé, creo que se vé claramente el morro, creo que una de Sants (subterránea)...pero igualmente está delicioso!!

Si, es exactamente lo que no me convence. Pero estoy dudando si no es un efecto de luz. Probablemente pruebe de mapear la nariz antes de hacerle correcciones. En el TSM se ve suficientemente redondo.

Wow ! . That train is a winner and it looks perfect my friend . Here is a screenshot of my route though its mostly track at the moment with some signals at Tokyo Uneo station .

If you want to show your route details, you have to make a new thread in Route Design (Diseño de Rutas) phorum.

Gracias por el elgio. He corregido y (re)mapeado el morro. Todavía le faltan algunos ajustes y el mapeo de la punta. Pero antes de irme a dormir quería dejarles esta captura.

P.S.: Yuri, please show us more screenshots of your route in the route section in this forum; it looks quite interesting. (Yuri, por favor mostranos más capturas de tu ruta en la sección de diseño de rutas de este foro; se ve interesante).
